This assessment is designed to help you discover areas of health or unhealth on your church staff, elder board, or leadership team. It's intended to help you start the discussions and make the changes that will lead to greater health and effectiveness for the Kingdom of God. Begin your journey toward health below.
Assessment Request

Use the form below to request your team health assessment. Before you begin, think about who should take this assessment. We recommend every staff member and leadership team member who has significant influence within the church's decision making and leadership be a part of the assessment.

You may use this assessment as a stand alone tool for your own use or Anchor Ministries can help you customize and facilitate a Team Retreat.
